Everyone was satisfied with the room and toilet facilities. There were some issues with a few rooms, but these were addressed when the people in the room reported it to the hotel staff. Thank you for your service.

Good Hotel, Spacious room. Receptionist with smile, from check in late night and check out and with CNY song of course. Walking distance with severall shopping mall. Food court hidden in front of the hotel is very good bakuteh. AC and All Property work fine. Thankyou

Ever since check-in the wifi has been very slow; like a slow version of mid 1990s phone line dial up internet. Its now even worse, so unstable that its not possible to retain internet connection for more than a couple of seconds. I've reported this to reception who say they are unable to do anything other than report this to the provider telco. If you need internet access, don't book InnB Park Hotel unless you've an excellent Malaysian 4G/5G service with your SIM card. Tripadvisor won't let me rate this hotel less than 1 star.

No idea where this hotel was initially but booked it as it is nearby Bukit Bintang and met my budget. Most of the reviews also rated it favourably. On check in, it appears like those old hotels with old school lobby with a Raya decor (at least they bothered to do something). Reception was fast and easy and after a delayed night flight, a quick and fuss-free check in was a bonus. Plus point 1: Room key auto select your floor level. Good one in this Post-COVID era. Room was simple. Everything works. Great that I had a window facing the main street to see the TRX area being build and wonderful sunrise and sunset. Housekeeping was also attentive, they don't disturb you if you lit up the DND button and they clean up when you lit the Make Up Room button. They dropped by if neither is on to check if needed. 10mins walk to TRX MRT. 1 station away is myTown mall. 5mins walk to Farenheit mall and all the malls within Bukit Bintang area. Very convenient. Bus to Singapore? You can book one that picks you up at Tribeca Suites just 5mins away or Times Square just 10mins walk away. Did not take the breakfast there cause plenty of places to eat around the area. There are 3 x 7-ELEVEN around the area and 2 of them opens 24/7. A cheese fries popup corner is at the traffic junction to the church. And mamak is also a few minutes walk from there. Definitely will choose this hotel again the next time around if I need to be in Bukit Bintang, if the price remains this affordable. I also love that the staff are friendly and often smiling. Even their email notices just hits the right spots.

This was a nice hotel in kuala lumpur. The rooms were clean and a decent size. The rooms had everything that we needed. They also provided a shaving kit and slippers in addition to the standard toiletries which was nice.
